1)  Before material come, do Material incoming inspection.

2)  Online inspection for each process.

3)  Before pack it , check the items one by one, checked all the function.

4) After cargo ready, 80% packed, do mass production quality check, according to AQL major 1.5, Minor 4.0 standard.

5)  Welcome buyer's QC or Third Party QC do online/mass prudction inspection.

Toyabi Suggestion to RC toys importer, or RC toys retailer :

Normally, the famous company such as Toys r us, the acceptable RGD for Remote Control Toys is 5%-7%.

Since it is just RC toys, not the expensive items like  consumer Electric , and it may cause defective if end user don't know how to play it well, or don't play it according to the manual.

Question: If buyer find any quality problem,  how does Toyabi solve the problem?

Toyabi Answer:  Toyabi is one serious company, we will take responsibility for quality problem, base on following condition:

1) After cargo arrived at discharge port ,  if buyer find quality problem with 6 month.

2)  Please email us the pic or video, and third party's inspection report if needed, and any samples if needed. Toyabi will send the replacement unit to buyer, or send the replaced parts to buyer, or deduct the amount in next order, or refund the amount to buyer.
